Tickets are now available to the public while supplies last. Event admission includes free parking.
- Adult Ticket: $15 per person (ages 21+ only)
- Child care (ages 5-12): $20 per child (for event participants only)
Because this is an adults-only event, we will have childcare available for kids ages 5-12. The childcare ($20 per child) will be offered by the same great staff and volunteers that lead Heard educational programs. Pre-registration is required and spots may not be available to those without a prior reservation. Kids will enjoy live animal presentations, kid-friendly nature videos, games and puzzles. Water and popcorn will be provided by the Heard. Kids may bring an outside snack if they wish.
Enjoy classic Rock and Roll from the Blandelles! Their nostalgic, fun and exciting entertainment will bring everyone out to the dance floor. The Blandelles are a collection of professionals who have carved out a niche in the northeast Texas and southern Oklahoma area by playing rock and roll "the way you remember it" since 1985. They play rock and roll music from the years 1954 to 1969.
A portion of all food truck sales also benefit the Heard.
Our food truck options will include The Guava Tree, a Cuban American Truskstaurant that has been on the road since September 2012. The Guava Tree Truck is owned and operated by Onel and Pam Perez, who have taken Onel’s Traditional Cuban family recipes and have added a modern food truck twist. They were honored to take their truck on the road with The Food Network in 2015 when they debuted on The Great Food Truck Race with host Tyler Florence. They were also named one of the nine best food trucks in Dallas in 2015 by Thrillist. The Guava Tree Truck is sure to satisfy your Cuban fare cravings!
Mamita’s specializes in Southern Mexican Cuisine inspired by the food of the State of Oaxaca, Mexico. Their food is traditional, rustic and gourmet. Dig into their flame-grilled flank steak or savory marinated chicken in an entrée, grilled burrito, rice bowl or tacos. Be sure to try their zesty and spicy handcrafted salsas.
