Alive!

Life-size Animatronic Dinosaurs at the Heard
Enjoy the Heard museum’s 2nd annual Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit.
See and hear life-size animatronic dinosaurs throughout the Heard
sanctuary as you learn about each one. It is a fun, educational
event for family and friends and provides a wonderful outing for
families during the holidays! Enjoy
Halloween at the Heard, Saturday, October 27, doors open at 6:30
and the costume contest starts a 7, event lasts until 11 PM , a
safe, family Halloween alternative presented by KLAK Radio featuring
"Trail & Treats" before and after a free outdoor movie, Ben Stiller's "Night at the Museum", kid's
costume contest, door prizes, complimentary goodie bags for kids,
concession stand and more! On-line ticket purchasing will be available
to the public beginning October 8th.
Holidays at the Heard
December 1
Activities include KLAK Radio Remote (10 a.m. to noon); photo opportunities with "Father Christmas & Mother Nature", free kid's craft, complimentary cookies and punch, appearances by the Texas Tornados and more! This is also a Free Day for McKinney Residents (with proper McKinney address on DL or water bill) and KERA members will receive a buy-one-get-one-free admission discount (with proper KERA membership card). |
