Heard Volunteer Guild

WHAT
The Heard Volunteer Guild. Membership is only $15 per year and also grants membership into the Heard. All proceeds go to aid the Heard to help fulfill it’s mission of bringing nature and people together while supporting the Heard education department, sanctuary, museum, collections and other  aspects of the organization.  

WHY
Stimulate public interest in the Heard while meeting new people and learning all sorts of interesting things. Programs have included speakers on National Geographic tours, historic preservation in Collin County, herbs, flowers from the Arboretum, cooking demonstrations, dinosaur parties, dancers, singers and walks through the trails. Have fun while helping the Heard!

 Meet the second Wednesday of each month from September-May at 10 a.m.
