Our Earth is shaped by many geological processes, but what about the other planets in our Solar System? Do they have earthquakes and volcanoes, too? What about mountains and valleys?
During Heard After Hours: Extra-Terrestrial Geology, we’ll use the Magic Planet to compare and contrast the geology of the Earth with the geology of other planets in our Solar System. The evening will also feature a telescope station, an open exhibit hall, and access to parts of our private 289-acre wildlife sanctuary.
$19/non-member; $16/Heard Museum Members* (Age 3 years through adult). Pre-registration is required for this event. Click here to register.
Closed toed shoes, long pants, and bug spray are recommended. Participants will be outdoors for at least an hour. Children ages 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
