Night Out at the Heard: Love Bugs

Join us for an evening under the stars at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary’s fundraising event on May 10th, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Night Out at the Heard promises to be a fun outdoor event with music, dance, and discovery.

Event Highlights:

Dance the night away to live music from the band Cheap, Fast & Easy.
Take an evening stroll along the Heard’s Laughlin Loop nature trail.
Enjoy a complimentary delicious three-course dinner** prepared by Lazy Dog, with (2) two complimentary refreshing beverages, including a selection from Tupps Beer, wine, soda, or water.

Join us for a night that combines nature, entertainment, and great food, all in support of the Heard’s mission to preserve and promote natural science and wildlife conservation. The event is for guests ages 21+.

Live Music

Rock out to music from Cheap, Fast & Easy!

Cheap, Fast and Easy plays Classic acoustic rock with original arrangements. They perfectly capture the essence of American music in all of its diverse glory, while never failing to bring unrestrained boogie to the party. This is the Great Classic Rock you know and love and will probably dance to!

Reservations required to receive free 3-course dinner.
A cash bar will be available.
All guests to the event must be 21 or older. IDs will be checked at the door.
Please note that the museum will be closed from 3-6 p.m. on the day of the event to all outside persons in order to allow us time to prepare for Night Out at the Heard.
Tickets are limited and they may sell out before the event.
If the event sells out, we will not be able to sell any additional tickets at the door.
Special Night Out at the Heard tickets are required for all guests, including Heard Museum Members.
This includes persons that arrive with current Night Out at the Heard ticket holders.
General admission passes and any reciprocal general admission agreements are not valid for this after-hours special fundraising event.
Sorry, because this is a limited engagement fundraising event, there are no refunds.
Bring a printed copy of your receipt–this will serve as your tickets.

You may wish to bring cash to facilitate purchases.
Many activities are outdoors and on uneven ground (not suitable for high-heel shoes). Dress appropriately. Bring a flashlight and wear bug spray!
Please bring a water-resistant blanket and/or stadium chairs for amphitheater or grassy seating areas. Depending on the weather prior to the event, waterproof seating may be preferred.
Help us keep our sanctuary clean and pick up your trash. Recycle water bottles, cans and other recyclable items in the blue bins or inside the museum.
